Standards & training

Preparation continues after orientation.

Alderline's training structure is designed to move personnel from classroom understanding to observed field performance, supported practice, and independent responsibility.

Phase 1 — Classroom

Company policy, report writing, communication, legal limits, site safety, de-escalation, technology, and scenario preparation.

Phase 2 — Observe

The field training officer leads. The recruit watches, listens, asks questions, and begins completing controlled tasks.

Phase 3 — Perform with support

The recruit takes primary responsibility while the field training officer coaches, evaluates, and intervenes when necessary.

Phase 4 — Independent evaluation

The recruit operates independently while the evaluator observes and intervenes only for immediate safety or serious operational need.
